You have an invention! Now what? Learn how to conduct customer discovery to find out who could potentially use your innovation, how would they use it, how would they buy it (and would they?), how much would they pay for it, how can it be produced/distributed and many other important questions before you make a decision to invest time and money into a startup. University of Maryland and NSF offer longer programs (and some come with funding) to conduct customer discovery on a deeper level, these programs will also be discussed during this workshop.
