How do you define being an ally, partner, accomplice or co-conspirator? Join the Smith community to learn more about what it means to show up as an ally.

Smith alumni panelists will share examples of effective and ineffective forms of allyship at work. Moderated by Jeanette Snider, Ph.D., Associate Director of Undergraduate Programs, this open discussion will provide steps on how to navigate moments where you can show up in the workplace for your team and colleagues.
